You have two shipping options:
1. Free Standard Ground Service
FREE, Fast And Efficient Shipping by USPS First Class Mail service is free for all orders. In-stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours by USPS. Allow 3-14 business days for receipt within the United States. Items may ship separately.
2. UPS Express Shipping
UPS Express shipping is available at actual cost with no hidden handling charges. The shopping cart will calculate and show you the actual cost. UPS can not ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
IMPORTANT NOTICE! UPS 2nd Day Air shipping means that the package will arrive within two business days AFTER the day that the order was picked up for shipping. (UPS doesn’t count the pick up date as day one!) We try to process and ship all 2nd day orders the same day they are ordered. However, we cannot guarantee that orders placed after Noon Eastern time will be able to be shipped the same day. For example: an order placed on Wednesday that shipped the same day should arrive on Friday. If the order was placed after noon Wednesday, it might not be shipped until Thursday. Then it would not arrive until the following Monday, two business days after it was picked up.
For UPS Express Shipping, you must provide a street address, as UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Allow 3-14 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with free USPS First Class Mail Service.
Our typical processing time ranges from 24 to 48 hours for in-stock items. Processing time includes receiving your order, processing the order, and packing the items for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the USPS transit time from Miami, FL to your shipping address.
If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two emails from us.
After you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Active Pro Gear Order Confirmation" which will have an “Order Reference Number”. You can use this number if you need to get in touch with us. This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
When your free shipping order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Package Shipped to You from Active Pro Gear" that contains your USPS tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you. Click the link provided in the Shipment Confirmation email to track your package.
For orders shipped by UPS, you will receive an email directly from UPS with the tracking number and information. Click the link provided in the shipment confirmation email to track your package.
If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
- Allow 3-14 business days for receipt within the United States
- UPS delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.
- There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
- It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the website.
