How To Return An ItemIf you ever need to return an item, please follow the steps below to insure proper and fast replacement or refund. You do not need to call us or get a return authorization. 1. Please return a copy of the invoice. This will allow us to process your return or exchange quickly and efficiently. 2. Please use the original shipping carton or envelope whenever possible. Also wrap the product in its original packaging material. If you don’t have these, use a strong box so the product(s) won’t be damaged during transit. 3. Do not send the product(s) C.O.D. It will not be accepted. 4. Return the product(s) using Insured Parcel Post or UPS. 5. INSURE THE PACKAGE! And keep the insurance receipt.
